Decisions made on your numbers, not on the day’s hunch

We bring your data into one reliable place, build dashboards your team actually opens and, where the data allows, models that see what is coming. It is also the groundwork no AI project can do without.

What we solve

Sound familiar?

  • Scattered data. Sales in the ERP, customers in the CRM, targets in a spreadsheet. Nobody has the full picture.
  • Hand-built reports. Someone spends half a day every week assembling the same report from three systems.
  • Numbers that do not reconcile. Every department has its own sales figure, and none of them matches accounting.
  • Questions without answers. Which customers are drifting away, which products really make money, how much you will sell next month.

What we do

From mess to dashboard, and from dashboard to forecast

  1. 01

    Data assessment

    Sources, quality, access

An inventory of where each piece of data lives, how reliable it is, and what is missing to answer the business questions.

  2. 02

    Consolidation

    One place

We bring the sources into a central store that updates itself, with agreed definitions: one sales number.

  3. 03

    Dashboards and metrics

    What gets reviewed weekly

A few well defined metrics, designed with the people who will use them to make decisions.

  4. 04

    Models and questions

    Where the data supports it

Forecasts, segmentation, and the ability to ask your data questions in plain language.

Examples

Questions your data can answer

Sales

Demand forecasting

How much of each product you will sell next month, so you buy and stock with fewer leftovers and fewer stockouts.

Customers

Early churn warning

Spots customers who are buying less before they leave, so sales can act in time.

Finance

Collections risk

Estimates which invoices are most likely to go late and orders the collections work by that risk.

Leadership

The company on one page

Sales, margin, cash flow and operations, updated automatically and with the same definitions for every department.

Operations

Plain language questions

“How much did we sell in Texas last quarter compared with the one before?” answered from your data, without waiting on IT.

Marketing

Customer segmentation

Groups of customers by what they buy, how much and how often, for campaigns that speak to each one.

An AI model fed messy data just makes mistakes faster. That is why the data comes first.

Technology

Proven tools, sized to your company

You do not need a million dollar data program. We pick the simplest thing that solves the problem and that your team can maintain.

Questions

What people usually ask

Do we have enough data for a predictive model?

Often yes, sometimes no. We check during the diagnostic. If there is not enough, we start by organizing and measuring, which is valuable on its own, and the model comes once there is enough history.

Do we have to change systems?

No. We work with the systems you already have and connect their data. Switching ERPs is rarely the answer.

Who maintains the dashboards afterwards?

We leave them documented and train someone on your team. If you prefer, we can stay in charge on a monthly plan.

Where does my data live?

On your own infrastructure or in a cloud account in your company’s name. Never in accounts of ours.

What business question can you not answer today?

Bring it to the first conversation. We will tell you whether your data can answer it and what it would take.
